I was raised on the original hardcore Detroit techno, witnessing the birth of Underground Resistance, Plus-8, and many other seminal labels of the time. My mind was permanently imprinted by the sounds of the 808 and 909 and I never looked back.
My old guitar quickly gathered dust as synths, samplers, and drum machines became my weapons of choice to induce sonic mayhem.
After owning/operating two Detroit techno labels, I began to diversify my production skills. Electronic music expanded my boundaries, introducing me to experimental music, Hip Hop, IDM, electro, space rock, and anything else I could get my hands on. In Detroit the line between the electronic music world and hip hop is very thin, and I've had the opportunity to meet and work with many interesting and inspiring individuals on all sides of the music biz. It's truly been a blessing to be surrounded by so many great artists and producers.
Currently I'm working out of two private studios in Pontiac and Royal Oak, with a third location to come soon. Our team specializes in producing Hip Hop and Futuristic Electro-Funk beats, but are also available to record and engineer bands that we find a synergy with.
There are many more beats available. If you're interested in receiving a beat disc, just drop me a line. We got beatz for minds that grind!
