Portland, Oregon hip-hop artist Theory Hazit has had an explosive last couple years both on an emceeing and production front. Back in 2015 the Scribbling Idiot release his album “The Fall Of The Lightbearer” to critical acclaim. Since then though Hazit has been putting in an insane amount of work on his production.

In fact last year alone Theory Hazit went on to release an instrumental album every single month each with a different taste and vibe than the last. The culmination of this came in December when Hazit released “The Soul Chops”. This time though he teamed up with Independent hip-hop label Kiasu Records to press the record up on vinyl. All the joints sample classic soul records. You can stream the album below and if you want you can scoop the record on vinyl HERE. I already got mine and it sounds just as crispy and dusty as you’d imagine.
